Mortgage Technical Enablement Manager at Ocrolus Inc.

At Ocrolus, we are building the future of fintech by helping lenders automate workflows and make faster, more accurate decisions. We are looking for a Mortgage Technical Enablement Manager to join our remote-first team and lead the educational strategy for our growing mortgage customer base.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our Product, Engineering, and Revenue teams to craft and execute a comprehensive mortgage enablement roadmap.
• Design and deliver scalable training programs, including instructor-led workshops, on-demand eLearning, and technical playbooks.
• Create modular curriculum that maps to the mortgage origination workflow, helping users build proficiency with our platform.
• Develop hands-on materials such as sandbox exercises, demo scripts, and checklists to accelerate customer time-to-value.
• Lead customer kickoffs, technical deep dives, and train-the-trainer sessions to ensure successful implementations.
• Translate complex product features into practical integration patterns and how-to guides for our clients.
• Measure the effectiveness of enablement programs using key performance indicators like adoption rates and launch velocity.
• Represent Ocrolus at industry events and webinars while gathering customer feedback to inform future product documentation.

Must-haves

• A genuine passion for instructional design and creating engaging learning experiences.
• Direct experience within the mortgage industry, such as underwriting, operations, or mortgage product management.
• At least 2 years of experience in technical enablement, customer training, or implementation roles.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to facilitate both live and asynchronous training sessions.
• A data-driven mindset focused on defining success metrics and iterating based on performance.
• Excellent written communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior experience working within the fintech or AI sectors.
• Hands-on familiarity with Loan Origination Systems or similar point solutions.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems and eLearning authoring tools like Articulate or Camtasia.
• Formal background in instructional design or relevant training certifications.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to support customer launches and workshops.
