The opportunity
As a Mortgage Lending Executive working with us on a contract basis, you will guide the full mortgage journey from origination through post-closing and warehouse management. Your work will shape how our platform supports brokers, loan officers, and borrowers, turning complex lending steps into smooth, repeatable processes that scale.
A day in the life
- Review active loan files across origination, processing, underwriting, closing, and post-closing stages, spotting bottlenecks and recommending fixes that keep deals moving.
- Design and document new procedures, then train team members at every level so the entire group follows consistent, efficient practices.
- Configure and refine systems such as Encompass, Integra, Fiserv, and Calyx Point, including the creation of business rules and online portals that serve both internal staff and external partners.
Who you are
You bring at least five years of hands-on leadership across the complete mortgage life cycle and have built or improved processes that teams rely on daily. You are comfortable managing people, developing training programs, and translating lending requirements into clear system rules. Strong working knowledge of Encompass, Integra, Fiserv, and Calyx Point is essential, as is the ability to create portals that improve the experience for brokers, loan officers, and borrowers. You communicate clearly in English and enjoy solving operational puzzles in a remote setting.
