You will join Riskified as the Product Manager for our Identity Platform, a senior role that shapes how the company uncovers the true identities behind thousands of daily e-commerce transactions. Riskified helps the world’s largest online brands, including Wayfair, Gucci, and GoPro, grow safely by delivering AI-powered fraud protection and risk intelligence. Our 750-person team works across offices worldwide, and our Tel Aviv hub recently moved into a new collaborative space where hybrid work is the norm.
What you'll be doing
- Own the product vision for the Identity Engine, a machine-learning product that spots connections between accounts sharing similar properties or patterns, and translate that vision into a clear roadmap.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, working with research and data-science teams to tackle the most pressing identity-related challenges and deliver measurable value to users.
- Lead the ongoing development of the Identity Explorer interface, conducting user interviews, guiding discovery work, and driving adoption so the tool becomes an essential part of how customers investigate and manage identities.
What you'll bring
- At least four years of product-management experience with technical, data-driven products, ideally in e-commerce, AI, or big-data environments.
- Strong technical fluency that lets you collaborate effectively with engineers and data scientists, including familiarity with cloud-based architectures and, preferably, graph technologies.
- A customer-centric mindset that combines qualitative insights and quantitative data to shape product decisions, paired with an entrepreneurial drive to move initiatives forward with minimal oversight.
- Excellent spoken and written English for clear communication across teams and with external stakeholders.
