We are looking for a talented designer to join our Embedded practice, where you will work directly with our major client partners to deliver evidence-driven solutions.
Role at a glance
This is a full-time, mid-level UX Designer position based on-site in Santa Clara, California. You will be embedded with our client for a one-year duration, focusing on high-impact design projects that require both creativity and technical precision.
Your impact
- Translate complex user needs into intuitive wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Maintain and scale design systems to ensure consistency and pixel-perfect quality across all UI components.
- Collaborate within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment to manage multiple design workstreams simultaneously.
What you'll need
We are looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail and a proven track record of solving design challenges. You should be fluent in English and highly proficient with the following tools and skills:
- Mastery of Sketch, Miro, Keynote, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates excellence in both UX and UI design.
- Deep understanding of UI components and experience working within established design systems.
- The ability to remain flexible and effective when navigating project ambiguity.
- Bonus points if you have experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, or familiarity with supply chain and business intelligence systems.
