What is this role?
We are looking for a Mental Health Engagement Specialist to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This is a mid-level position designed for a self-motivated professional who excels at building connections. You will play a crucial role in growing our referral network by fostering meaningful partnerships with pediatricians and primary care providers, ensuring that families can easily access our mental health services.
What will you do?
- You will proactively identify and build professional relationships with pediatric group practices and primary care providers to expand our referral network.
- You will educate medical staff on the specific benefits of our care model and guide them through our seamless referral process.
- You will design and execute a strategic outreach plan, using CRM software to track your activities and measure the success of your engagement efforts.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in client management and a genuine interest in behavioral health. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in a field such as Marketing, Business, or Communication.
- You have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in account management or client services, ideally within the behavioral health industry.
- You are a fluent English speaker with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- You are highly proficient with CRM software and have a natural ability for problem-solving.
- You are comfortable working independently in a remote environment while maintaining a collaborative spirit.
- You have a solid understanding of how pediatricians operate and what drives their decision-making processes.
