The role

We are searching for a Senior Medical Sales Representative to join our Physician Liaison team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is an ideal position for an entrepreneurial professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to take ownership of their territory. You will be supported by leadership with over a decade of experience in the physical therapy industry, and we are fully committed to training you to reach your highest potential.

Core responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key patient referral sources throughout your designated region.
• Collaborate closely with our Marketing Team Lead to brainstorm and execute innovative marketing strategies.
• Take full ownership of your territory by managing both internal and external marketing campaigns, event planning, and content optimization to increase our brand recognition.

To succeed in this role, you should be a detail-oriented professional with a creative mindset. We value candidates who bring the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in outside sales, specifically within the medical or physical therapy fields.
• Strong professional communication and writing skills.
• A comprehensive understanding of marketing principles and how to maximize return on investment.
• Excellent computer literacy and organizational abilities.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish is considered a significant plus.
