Role at a glance

We are seeking a Media Designer for Image and Sound to join us in a full-time, on-site capacity at our office in Düsseldorf. This is a mid-level position perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to both our internal social media presence and the success of our clients. Please note that this is a permanent role, and we are not currently working with agencies or freelancers.

Your impact

• Produce high-quality film and photo content for social media channels, websites, and performance-driven video ads.
• Plan and execute video and photo shoots across the DACH region and occasionally on an international scale.
• Develop creative concepts for our various communication platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

What you'll need

• A professional background through education, a degree, or proven experience as an autodidact, agency professional, or freelancer.
• Strong technical proficiency in camera work, audio, lighting, and video editing.
• Expertise in industry-standard software such as Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and detail, combined with a structured and independent working style.
• Excellent command of the German language, both written and spoken, for tasks like subtitling.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel, along with a professional appearance, as you will often work in medical clinics or at exclusive events.
• Comfort working in clinical environments, including operating rooms.
