We are currently looking for a dedicated Media Buyer and Performance Marketing expert to join our growing agency. We specialize in media production, branding, and performance marketing, and we are eager to find someone who can help us drive our strategic and operational goals forward. As a member of our team, you will work closely with our VIP clients to refine their business models and ensure their marketing efforts achieve the highest possible return on investment.
What you'll be doing
- You will manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for your own portfolio of clients, providing expert guidance on marketing strategies, ad funnels, and performance tracking.
- You will collaborate directly with our media team to analyze data, monitor campaign success, and conduct live calls to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
What you'll bring
- You possess proven experience as a PPC manager with a deep understanding of Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and search engine marketing.
- You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with web analytics tools to report on performance and optimize strategies.
- You are fluent in both German and English, allowing you to communicate effectively with our international team and client base.
- You demonstrate a structured, independent approach to work, a high level of discipline, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- While a degree in marketing or communications is a plus, we value your practical experience and your passion for digital marketing concepts and SEO above all else.
