You will join Santana Digital, an agency specializing in media production, branding, and performance marketing that delivers targeted campaigns for clients across multiple industries. We focus on helping businesses in the fitness and health sectors grow through data-driven advertising and strategic marketing support.
What you'll be doing
- Plan, launch, and continuously optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, managing monthly budgets in the four- to five-figure range.
- Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of VIP clients, deeply understanding their business models and advising them on marketing strategy, ad creative, and funnel performance.
- Analyze campaign data, prepare performance reports, and run topic-specific live calls to refine strategies and improve customer experience.
What you'll bring
- Several years of hands-on experience as a PPC or performance marketing manager with proven results in paid social and search advertising.
- Strong familiarity with Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, SEO principles, and web analytics tools, along with the ability to interpret data and make budget decisions that maximize return on ad spend.
- Fluency in both German and English, with clear and error-free written communication in English; you are comfortable working independently, handling performance pressure, and collaborating closely with both clients and internal teams.
