We are currently looking for a motivated MBA student to join our team as a Customer Strategy, Insights, and Analytics Intern. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with our VP of Marketing and Communications to shape the future of our customer experience through data-driven storytelling and strategic research.
About the Role
This MBA Internship is a two-month project-based role beginning in Winter 2025. You will collaborate across our marketing, merchandise, and customer experience departments to turn raw data into meaningful insights that guide our 2025 business priorities. The schedule is set for three days a week, from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze CRM data, purchase behavior, and customer feedback to build streamlined dashboards for ongoing business analysis.
- Develop automated reporting within our BI platform, Looker, to provide the wider team with clear, actionable insights.
- Partner with the marketing team to design and implement a quarterly customer focus group while defining new metrics to track our brand health and customer retention.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in an MBA program.
- Proven proficiency in data analytics platforms, specifically Looker and Google Analytics.
- Strong experience with customer research methodologies, including survey deployment and social listening.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit when working within small, cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or CRM management is considered a significant advantage.

Location
This position is remote, though you are welcome to work from our headquarters in Brooklyn, New York, if you prefer.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a compensation of $4,000 per month for this internship. Additionally, we provide the flexibility of remote work. For students who prefer to earn academic credit, there is an option to structure this role as an Independent Project in lieu of a wage.
