About the Role
We are seeking a Marketplace Development Representative to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a junior-level position that serves as the primary point of contact for new prospects. You will play a vital role in our Revenue Marketing team by managing inbound interest, qualifying leads, and guiding potential customers toward the best path for their success. This role is a perfect opportunity for someone eager to build a career in sales, demand generation, or customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound leads promptly through phone, email, and LinkedIn to personalize outreach and set up introductory meetings.
- Conduct initial meetings to assess lead fit and urgency while educating prospects on the value of the Field Nation marketplace.
- Manage the transition of qualified prospects to the sales team by maintaining accurate data in our CRM and ensuring a smooth knowledge transfer.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, we look for candidates who bring the following qualifications and skills:
- At least one year of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service, ideally within a tech marketplace or a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills, along with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Proficiency with essential sales tools and platforms, including Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
