About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing/Outreach Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis at our clinical site in Tempe, Arizona. This role is a unique blend of community engagement and digital strategy. You will spend time out in the community at health fairs and events to educate the public, while also working closely with our internal teams to manage our social media presence and recruit potential participants for future studies. Please note that this position requires bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish, as well as the flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Celerion at community events and health fairs to promote our clinical trials and engage with the public.
- Develop and manage our social media calendar, including creating engaging graphics and monitoring audience interactions across our platforms.
- Collaborate with our Admissions team to coordinate outreach efforts and track the performance of our marketing campaigns using specific benchmarks and testing methods.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Spoken Spanish-English bilingual fluency.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- The physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, public relations, or social media promotion is preferred, as is familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva.
Location
This position is based on-site in Tempe, Arizona, within the United States.
