Role at a glance
We are searching for a Marketing Website Manager to join our team in India. This is a full-time, on-site position for an experienced professional who is ready to take ownership of our marketing domains. You will act as the bridge between creative strategy and technical execution, ensuring our website is both a high-performing product and a powerful marketing engine.
Your impact
- Own the roadmap: You will architect and execute a quarterly strategy for our marketing website, balancing long-term vision with iterative improvements to drive lead generation and site health.
- Drive performance through data: By leveraging tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and A/B testing platforms, you will turn complex data into actionable insights that optimize user experience and conversion rates.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration: You will partner with design, content, and product marketing teams while managing development resources to ensure our site remains technically sound, accessible, and perfectly aligned with our brand identity.
What you'll need

- 3 to 5 years of experience in performance-oriented website management and development.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in people management.
- Technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Expertise in HubSpot and CMS architecture.
- Strong command of web analytics and optimization tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Optimizely.
- A proven track record of managing complex, multi-line-of-business websites and leading cross-functional projects.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to translate data findings into clear strategies for stakeholders.
