The role
We are looking for a Marketing Technology Content Librarian to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a mid-level position designed for a professional who is passionate about organization and digital strategy. You will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our marketing assets, ensuring our content is accurate, accessible, and optimized for our teams across the organization.
Core responsibilities
- Manage the entire lifecycle of digital assets, including acquisition, metadata tagging, archiving, and the removal of outdated or expired content.
- Build and maintain a highly structured digital repository that allows team members to easily search for, categorize, and retrieve the most current versions of our marketing materials.
- Establish and enforce strict naming conventions, metadata standards, and usage guidelines to ensure brand consistency and compliance across all digital touchpoints.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Library Science, Information Management, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.
- Between 3 to 5 years of experience in digital asset management, creative development, media management, or a similar administrative function.
- Proficiency with industry-standard marketing platforms such as Adobe AEM, Eloqua, Brightcove, Sitecore, and Workfront.
- A strong understanding of copyright laws, intellectual property rights, and governance standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to train team members on best practices for asset organization.
Compensation and benefits
The targeted salary range for this position is $62,000 to $80,000 USD. In addition to base pay, you will be eligible for annual incentive opportunities based on both individual and company performance. We are committed to your overall wellbeing and offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
