What is this role?

This is a full-time, on-site position designed for a senior-level professional. As our Marketing Team Lead, you will serve as a vital link between our clinical services and the community. You will be responsible for driving our regional marketing efforts, managing team performance, and ensuring that our mission reaches the families who need our support the most.

What will you do?

• Lead and mentor our Northwest Arkansas marketing team and contractors, facilitating regular meetings and one-on-one sessions to ensure alignment and professional growth.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, including the creation of event calendars, management of digital marketing budgets, and oversight of our regional web presence.
• Act as the face of Pediatrics Plus by building relationships with local doctors, community influencers, and parent groups, while coordinating networking events and business sponsorships.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution skills. We are looking for someone who holds a Bachelor’s degree and has at least three years of marketing experience. You should be a strong communicator who can speak effectively before groups and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with digital marketing tools, databases, and standard office software is essential. Because this role requires you to be boots on the ground, you must have a dependable vehicle and the willingness to travel, including occasional overnight trips.
