The opportunity
As our Marketing Systems Manager, you will act as the primary subject-matter expert for our marketing technology stack. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our marketing department and our Salesforce teams, specifically focusing on perfecting the lead lifecycle and handoff process. We are looking for an accomplished professional who can integrate essential tools and leverage their creativity to optimize our marketing and sales operations. This is a full-time, remote position where you will have the autonomy to design solutions that drive efficiency and scale our programs.
A day in the life
- You will manage the integration of third-party systems and launch new tools to support the marketing lead lifecycle, while also defining processes for sandbox configuration and user acceptance testing.
- You will oversee the integration of Salesforce with marketing automation platforms like Marketo or HubSpot, ensuring data flows smoothly and resolving any synchronization issues.
- You will take ownership of marketing data quality, which includes managing data governance, imports, enrichment, validation, and list segmentation to ensure our lead data remains accurate and actionable.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with 4 to 6 years of experience in marketing operations, ideally within a B2B technology or enterprise software environment. You possess a deep understanding of the B2B digital marketing ecosystem and have a proven track record of designing processes that improve user adoption and system performance. Your technical toolkit includes:
- Expertise in Salesforce administration and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo.
- Strong proficiency in data management, project management, and lead routing technologies.
- A collaborative, service-minded approach to resolving conflicts and building relationships across departments like IT, sales, and product marketing.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable project plans.
