We are looking for a Marketing Strategy Associate to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. Responsibilities
- Partner with marketing leadership to define team strategies, track progress toward goals, and ensure organizational alignment.
- Act as an internal data owner by managing the OKR process and collaborating with marketing operations to improve our reporting capabilities.
- Lead strategic projects by developing hypotheses and working across departments to validate new marketing opportunities and drive business impact.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required, and an MBA is highly preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in business intelligence, strategy, or marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Native-level proficiency in English.
- Advanced analytical skills, including experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI, alongside proficiency in Google Analytics, HubSpot, Heap, and Salesforce.
- A strong commercial mindset with a focus on revenue generation and funnel conversion.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining clear communication with senior leadership.
