What is this role?

We are looking for an Executive-level Marketing Strategist to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a hybrid position based in the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding our comprehensive marketing journey, ensuring that our brand remains a competitive force within the architecture and design industry.

What will you do?

• You will lead the development and execution of our annual marketing plan and budget, ensuring all efforts align with our strategic growth priorities.
• You will oversee our marketing asset strategy and management platform to ensure that all pursuit materials and content are compelling, accurate, and consistent with our brand standards.
• You will collaborate closely with our Business Development and Communications teams to create digital content and data-driven strategies that effectively engage our target audiences.

To succeed in this role, you should be a proactive strategist with a passion for innovation. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• You have at least 10 years of professional marketing experience, with at least 4 years specifically within the architecture, engineering, and construction industry.
• You hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or possess commensurate professional experience.
• You are highly proficient in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• You have the ability to coach leaders on clear, empathetic communication and are skilled at fostering collaborative environments that drive business results.
• You are fluent in English and comfortable navigating complex marketing workflows and data management strategies.
