The role
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis. This is a junior-level position based in the Netherlands, perfect for someone eager to take ownership of regional marketing initiatives. You will work closely with our global marketing team to drive campaigns, content, and events, ensuring our message resonates effectively across the Benelux market.
Core responsibilities
- Plan and execute regional marketing initiatives while reporting on project progress and key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, RevOps, and the Campaign Manager, to identify growth opportunities and align on strategic goals.
- Act as a primary point of contact for regional events, such as tradeshows, sponsorships, and roundtable sessions.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of creative and analytical skills. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Fluency in both Dutch and English.
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience, ideally within a SaaS environment.
- Strong proficiency in marketing, campaign management, content creation, copywriting, event coordination, and data analysis.
- A self-starting attitude with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, self-motivated team environment.
