What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in Turkey. We need someone who is passionate about technology and gaming, and who is ready to take a hands-on approach to our marketing strategy. If you have a growth hacker mindset and enjoy experimenting to see what works best, you will fit right in with our creative and ambitious team.

What will you do?

• Take full ownership of executing marketing strategies that boost our brand visibility and promote our games.
• Manage day-to-day marketing tasks, including content creation, social media, email campaigns, digital advertising, and community engagement.
• Collaborate with our developers, designers, and community managers to ensure our marketing efforts align perfectly with our product goals.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in marketing, specifically within the blockchain, gaming, or technology sectors. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• A strong grasp of Web3 principles and blockchain technology, ideally with some hands-on experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to create compelling content for a variety of audiences.
• A creative, experimental approach to marketing and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
