Job Description
Dynasty Studios is seeking a talented Marketing Specialist with a passion for gaming, technology, and blockchain. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the marketing strategy for our games, with a primary focus on hands-on execution. We're looking for someone who embodies a growth hacker mindset, is open to learning, and is not afraid to experiment to achieve results.
Responsibilities
Take ownership of executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Dynasty Studios' games and enhance brand visibility. Get hands-on with all aspects of marketing, including content creation, social media management, email campaigns, digital advertising, and community engagement. Leverage your expertise in Web3 and blockchain to integrate innovative features and mechanics into our marketing campaigns and game experiences. Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum impact. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including game developers, designers, and community managers, to align marketing efforts with product goals and timelines. Embrace a growth hacker mindset, constantly seeking out new opportunities and strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in Web3, blockchain, and gaming marketing to drive continuous innovation and improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on blockchain, gaming, and technology. Strong understanding of Web3 principles and blockchain technology, with hands-on experience preferred. Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns and initiatives from start to finish. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content for diverse audiences. Creative thinker with a passion for gaming and a desire to push the boundaries of traditional marketing strategies. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working in the gaming industry and familiarity with game development processes is a plus.
