We are looking for a collaborative, positive, and growth-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team in the United States. What you'll be doing
- Take full ownership of the proposal process, from initial research and information gathering to the final production of high-quality, individualized RFP submittals that align with our brand standards.
- Design and manage a wide range of marketing collateral, including digital and traditional materials, while ensuring all content is consistent with our graphic design standards and campaign goals.
- Oversee our digital presence and event strategy, which includes managing social media accounts, monitoring SEO performance, coordinating project photography, and planning professional events to engage potential clients and partners.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in marketing and a passion for the AEC industry. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or at least 10 years of equivalent professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience managing the RFP/RFQ proposal process and 5 years of experience in business or technical writing.
- At least 2 years of hands-on graphic design experience.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with a working knowledge of Premiere Pro.
- A solid understanding of both digital and traditional marketing tools, including SEO, social media management, and content strategy.
- Fluency in English and the ability to communicate effectively with technical staff and external vendors.
