What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. You will be a vital part of our collaborative environment, focusing on elevating our brand and supporting our business development goals through creative strategy and meticulous execution. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring all RFP requirements are met while creating compelling, individualized content that aligns with our brand standards.
• Developing high-quality traditional and digital marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media content, while maintaining our graphic design standards.
• Coordinating marketing events, managing vendor relationships, and tracking key performance indicators to measure the success of our outreach efforts.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong blend of technical expertise and creative vision. We require a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, though candidates with at least 10 years of relevant professional experience are also encouraged to apply. You must have at least five years of experience managing the RFP and RFQ process, along with five years of professional business or technical writing experience. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, is essential, and a working knowledge of Premiere Pro is preferred. We value candidates who are collaborative, eager to pursue professional development, and possess a solid understanding of the AEC industry trends and developments. Fluency in English is required for all communication and documentation tasks.
