We have built a digital alternative that connects schools directly with vetted teachers and support staff. The role
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position based in Vancouver, where you will work in a hybrid capacity, coming into the office one to two days per week. You will play a key role in our growth, and we are committed to supporting your personal and professional development as we scale.
Core responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital channels including Google Ads, Meta, and Indeed.
- Analyze campaign performance data to generate actionable insights and implement A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with our Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to align marketing initiatives with our broader business objectives.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should have 2 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and data analysis. We value first-principles thinkers who can break down complex marketing challenges into structured solutions. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you can manage multiple projects at once. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP, is required. Experience with A/B testing, performance tracking, and ad platforms like Google Ads or Meta Ads is highly preferred. Familiarity with SQL, marketing automation tools, or data visualization platforms is considered a bonus.
Compensation and benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 CAD. In addition to your salary, you will receive the following benefits:
