The opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our creative, nationwide marketing team. This is a full-time, hybrid role that serves as a vital partner to our technical staff. You will play a key role in driving our business development efforts by crafting compelling proposals and managing a variety of marketing collateral. A day in the life
- You will partner closely with our technical experts to develop winning proposal strategies and oversee the production process from start to finish.
- You will flex your creative muscles by designing presentations, flyers, advertisements, and other essential marketing materials.
- You will conduct research to support our business development goals while maintaining our internal systems to keep our marketing assets organized and up to date.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with a sharp eye for design and a talent for clear, persuasive communication. You feel right at home in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. You bring a strong sense of organization to your work, allowing you to juggle multiple competing deadlines without losing your cool. Ideally, you have experience within the AEC industry, though we value anyone with a collaborative spirit and a passion for professional services marketing. You are fluent in English and comfortable working both independently and as part of a larger, supportive team.
