The role
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. This is a mid-level position designed for a professional with at least two years of experience who is ready to take ownership of our marketing efforts. You will play a vital role in developing and executing plans that range from building brand awareness to promoting our products. Please note that this role will require some travel.
Core responsibilities
- Develop creative marketing campaigns and assist in the execution of both inbound and outbound marketing activities.
- Manage our social media presence and website content while coordinating with external vendors for events and campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analyze marketing data to provide actionable insights that shape our future strategies.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, though an MBA is preferred.
- At least 2 years of professional experience, specifically with integrated marketing campaigns or product launches.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and WordPress.
- A solid working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics.
- Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in project management and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English.
