About the Role
We are looking for a creative and organized Marketing Specialist to join us on a full-time, on-site basis. In this mid-level position, you will be instrumental in shaping our digital presence and visual storytelling. You will work closely with our team to produce high-quality video content and manage our social media strategy, ensuring our brand remains a leader in the recycling technology space.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce engaging video content by filming, editing, and optimizing assets for various platforms to support our digital marketing goals.
- Manage our social media presence and digital marketing calendar to maintain a consistent and professional brand voice.
- Coordinate the logistics for national and regional tradeshows, including booth setup and the creation of promotional materials.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should bring a blend of technical video production expertise and strategic marketing experience. We require the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, video production, or a related field.
- A degree in video production or a relevant discipline, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud or similar professional filming and editing software.
- Strong knowledge of video production techniques, including sound mixing, voice-over work, and screen recording.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, paired with a sharp eye for detail.
