We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This is an ideal position for a junior-level professional with one to two years of experience who is eager to scale recruitment campaigns and grow our brand presence. Your impact
- Take ownership of planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email and social media, to support our employer-sponsored initiatives.
- Develop engaging content such as blogs, social media posts, and email copy while collaborating with design teams to maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to gather actionable insights, ensuring we are constantly optimizing our strategies for better engagement and reach.
What you'll need
- One to two years of professional experience in a marketing role.
- Strong proficiency in English, with excellent storytelling and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools such as Mailchimp and HubSpot.
