We are currently seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team in the United States on a full-time, on-site basis. Key outcomes
- Take full ownership of the proposal lifecycle, from initial research and information gathering to the final production of high-quality, compliant submittals.
- Collaborate with technical staff and key personnel to draft, edit, and refine compelling narratives, resumes, and presentation materials that align with our brand standards.
- Maintain accurate project data and marketing records within our information management systems, including Salesforce, to support business development efforts.
- Execute a comprehensive content strategy across digital and traditional channels, ensuring all collateral-such as brochures, newsletters, and social media-reflects our company goals.
- Manage our online presence by monitoring website analytics, optimizing SEO, and overseeing social media engagement to drive brand awareness.
- Coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and project photography while serving as a primary point of contact for external vendors and partners.
- Provide creative support for recruitment initiatives and internal department requests, ensuring all materials adhere to our established graphic design standards.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or at least 10 years of equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience managing the RFP and RFQ proposal process.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in business or technical writing.
- At least 2 years of hands-on graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with a working knowledge of Premiere Pro.
- Strong awareness of the AEC industry, including current market trends and developments.
- Expertise in executing both digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
- Excellent command of the English language.
