What you bring

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity in Campinas, SP. In this role, you will be the guardian of our brands and a key driver of our product strategies, working closely with our commercial and technical departments to ensure our market presence remains strong and innovative. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing the full product lifecycle, including the development of business cases, market analysis, and the execution of strategic launch plans.
• Leading brand management efforts by creating effective communication campaigns and representing Gowan at industry events and trainings.
• Driving stakeholder engagement by collaborating with internal teams, global partners, and external consultants to align our projects with company goals.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should hold a degree in Agronomic Engineering or Agronomy. We value candidates who bring previous experience within the agribusiness sector, specifically in plant protection or nutrition. You must have an advanced level of English to communicate effectively with our global and LATAM teams. Technical proficiency is essential, including a strong command of the Microsoft Office suite and automation tools like Power BI and Power Apps. We are looking for a professional who is detail-oriented, capable of managing complex regulatory compliance requirements, and skilled at translating data into actionable project strategies.
