Role at a glance

We are searching for a mid-level Marketing Specialist to join our team in Eugene, OR. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will take ownership of our video production and social media strategy to elevate our brand presence.

Your impact

• Produce high-quality video content from concept to final edit, including filming, audio mixing, and motion graphics to engage our audience across multiple platforms.
• Manage our digital marketing calendar and social media presence, ensuring our brand voice remains consistent and impactful.
• Coordinate the logistics for national and regional tradeshows, ensuring our presence at industry events is professional and well-executed.

What you'll need

To succeed in this role, you should be a creative storyteller with a strong technical foundation in digital media. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in video production or digital marketing.
• A degree in video production or a related field is highly preferred.
• Expertise in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite and advanced knowledge of video filming and editing techniques.
• Strong SEO knowledge to optimize video content and drive traffic.
• Exceptional organizational skills, allowing you to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
