What you bring

We are looking for a Mid-Level Marketing Specialist to join us on a Full Time basis. This role is based in India and requires you to be available until 11:00 AM California time each day. You will play a vital role in our growth by managing multi-channel initiatives and working directly with our leadership team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our core business objectives.
• Creating and managing engaging content across our social media, email, and blog platforms.
• Analyzing the performance of our campaigns to provide actionable, data-driven insights for future growth.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this position possesses a blend of creative thinking and analytical rigor. You should have 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing, ideally within the B2B SaaS or technology sectors. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or an MBA is required. We value candidates who have a strong command of the English language and the ability to grasp complex enterprise software concepts quickly. You should be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects. Proficiency in marketing automation, graphic design, SEO, and CRM tools is highly preferred, as these will be essential to your success in this role.
