Our Corporate Marketing Services team is currently experiencing a period of rapid growth, and we are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to help us expand our customer base and enhance our market presence. While this is a remote position, we have a preference for candidates located near Austin, Dallas, Chicago, or Phoenix.
Key outcomes
- Identify and execute growth opportunities within existing accounts to improve retention and expansion.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with our broader business objectives.
- Partner with our sales organization to deliver targeted campaigns and enablement materials that address customer pain points.
- Leverage marketing automation tools to nurture leads, track campaign performance, and improve conversion rates.
- Cultivate a positive customer experience by managing feedback loops, such as Customer Voice surveys, to inform our product and sales strategies.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including customer lifetime value, share of wallet, and overall pipeline development.
- Manage multi-channel marketing initiatives across social media, email, paid search, webinars, and events.
- Produce and proofread high-quality content while maintaining a consistent brand voice across all channels.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design, to tailor messaging for specific market segments.
Requirements
- Five to seven years of experience in marketing, sales, or campaign execution, ideally within the SaaS, professional services, or Microsoft-centric industries.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with sales and account executive teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, encompassing written, verbal, and visual formats.
- A self-sufficient, innovative mindset with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A solid understanding of B2B marketing principles and customer growth strategies.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience working with a Microsoft Systems Integrator or within Microsoft professional services.
- Hands-on experience with Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
- Technical proficiency with platforms such as Dynamics CRM, Zoominfo, 6Sense, or WordPress.
- Familiarity with marketing automation technologies like Marketo, Dynamics, or ClickDimensions.
