We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist with experience in video production and social media management to join our team in Eugene, OR.

The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in:

• Maintaining the online presence and reputation of Bulk Handling Systems family of brands
• Producing visual concepts for marketing activities by creating, editing, and posting engaging video content on multiple platforms
• Creating and maintaining social media content
• Managing the digital marketing calendar
• Ensuring the success of tradeshow from a logistical standpoint

Additional responsibilities will include planning and execution of national, regional, and local conference events, managing campaigns, creating and distributing email newsletters, updating our website, and contributing to the development of marketing materials.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Video Production, Digital Marketing, or a similar field
• Degree in Video Production, or a similar field, bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
• Expertise in video filming and editing software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud programs, or similar tools
• Superior knowledge of video shooting and editing and different filming styles and techniques
• Exceptional attention to detail, superb prioritization and organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the creation of video scripts that align with our overall digital marketing strategy and brand guidelines
• Handle video production tasks, such as software screen recording, voice-over, audio mixing, and sound enhancements
• Ensure proper tagging, description, classification, and captioning of all video content
• Optimize videos for SEO to drive traffic and track relevant analytics data to gauge the performance of each video/video series
• Stay up to date with the latest video production trends and video marketing best practices
• Perform detailed competitor analysis to identify gaps in their video marketing strategies that we can capitalize on
• Assist in the planning and coordination of national, regional, and local conference events, including logistics, booth setup, and promotional materials
• Support campaign management efforts, including brainstorming ideas, creating content calendars, monitoring performance metrics, and making data-driven recommendations for optimization
• Build and send out engaging email newsletters to our customer base, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines
• Collaborate, update, and maintain our website content, including product pages, blog posts, and landing pages
• Assist with the creation and updates of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and sales collateral
