The jobholder acts as a resource to support and increase the company’s brand awareness and to support the sales organization to meet and exceed its objectives.
Marketing
- Implementation of the marketing plan in cooperation with the head of marketing and the local management
- Help coordinating nationwide consistent activities with focus on the German speaking part
- Help develop online and offline marketing efforts in Switzerland.
- This may include developing online campaigns, social media, website email database management, newsletter management and development of marketing materials.
- Maintenance of website and social media contentEvent organization
Support Sales Team
- Strengthen marketing in order to generate new sales leads
- Help with clients proposals and overall support the sales team with tools and material
- Maintain data in SalesforceEnsure administrative activities such as: schedule and organize meetings, conferences, travel itineraries, organize phone conferences, prepare presentations, notes, charts and tables, graphics
- Help managing local industry partnershipsHelp coordinate, and eventually attend, conferences/trade shows at which the sales team members will participate.
- This includes organizing the booth and the necessary furnishing, travel and lodging for the team and other details as needed.
👉 Your profile
- Education: Freshly graduated or student in marketing / communication
- Experience: Initial experiences
- Proactivity, autonomy and ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- Good command of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Good organizational and communication skills, creative flair
- Advanced level in German and English (both oral and written), French is an advantage
- Team player
