What you bring
In this senior-level, full-time role, you will be the driving force behind our efforts to move clients from consideration to selection. You will work within a hybrid environment across the United States, utilizing your expertise in Marketing Strategy, Project Management, and Adobe Creative Suite to craft winning proposals. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Leading the creation of highly customized and competitive RFP, RFQ, and SOQ responses.
- Analyzing project requirements to develop creative strategies that differentiate our firm from the competition.
- Collaborating with principals and business developers to manage production timelines and deliver compelling pursuit materials.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who possesses a blend of analytical rigor and creative storytelling. You should have at least five years of experience leading the development of proposals and presentation materials, ideally within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is expected. You must be highly proficient in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite, with bonus points if you have experience using Bluebeam or Deltek Vantagepoint. We value individuals who are detail-oriented, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and can translate complex technical information into clear, persuasive content.
