About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. In this mid-level role, you will be the engine behind our marketing efforts, ensuring that our campaigns and projects are executed efficiently. You will manage cross-functional initiatives from start to finish, acting as the bridge between our creative teams and stakeholders to ensure we deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the intake and triage process for all marketing requests while overseeing project timelines, budgets, and the team's workflow boards.
- Facilitate collaboration across departments by leading kickoff meetings, building detailed project plans, and translating stakeholder feedback into actionable steps for our designers and marketers.
- Maintain oversight of our marketing assets and software tools, including managing our digital asset management system and tracking team time allocation to support future staffing and planning.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should bring a blend of organizational expertise and creative understanding. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, specifically working alongside design or creative teams.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, along with hands-on experience using tools such as Monday.com or Asana.
- A strong grasp of the creative production process, including familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Figma, which will help you communicate effectively with our designers.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build consensus, solve problems, and lead through ambiguity.
- A high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Location
This position is remote and can be performed from anywhere.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $103,000 to $126,000. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family, including:
