The role

We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position that offers the flexibility of being fully remote. You will play a vital role in our marketing department by partnering with the VP of Marketing to ensure our cross-functional initiatives are executed effectively. You will be the glue that holds our brand, content, demand, and product marketing efforts together, ensuring every campaign is delivered on time and meets our high standards.

Core responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project workflows across various marketing channels, ensuring that all teams remain aligned and on schedule.
• Serve as the primary liaison for our external agency partners, overseeing their deliverables, timelines, and project briefs.
• Drive operational efficiency by optimizing our internal toolset, including Asana, Monday, and Miro, to keep our processes running smoothly.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Three to five years of professional experience in marketing project management, ideally within a B2B technology or agency setting.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-channel projects from the initial brief through to final execution.
• High level of proficiency with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday, and Miro.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to identify potential risks and resolve them before they impact the project timeline.
• Fluency in English.

Compensation and benefits
