The role
We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager to join us on a contract basis for a 3 to 4 month duration. This is a mid-level position designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys keeping creative teams organized and on track. You will work remotely, ideally within the EST time zone, to help our Marketing and Creative Services departments operate with maximum efficiency.
Core responsibilities
- Act as the central bridge between our Marketing and Creative teams by managing project timelines, tracking progress toward key goals, and maintaining operational workflows.
- Maintain our Marketing Calendar as the ultimate source of truth, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on deadlines for campaigns, website updates, and evergreen content.
- Facilitate team productivity by setting purposeful meeting agendas, documenting action items, and proactively checking in with team members to resolve potential bottlenecks.
Skills and experience
- Three to five years of professional experience in department management, marketing communications, or administration, specifically working with creative or marketing teams.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with a natural talent for calendar management and process optimization.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset paired with the ability to build trust and foster a positive, cooperative atmosphere across the team.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to dive into tasks with a "no job is too small" attitude.
- A solid understanding of traditional marketing department structures and a passion for reengineering processes to improve efficiency.
Compensation and benefits
The compensation for this contract role is between $106,000 and $121,000 annually, or $51 to $58 per hour. We are committed to fair and transparent pay, which is why we offer our best salary upfront without the need for negotiation.
