About the Role
This is a full-time position for a Marketing Project Manager who will act as a bridge between our creative and operational teams. You will be responsible for ensuring that our marketing launches, ranging from large-scale collection drops to specific market entries, are executed seamlessly. This role is perfect for a mid-level professional who enjoys balancing daily operational tasks with complex, high-impact problem solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end management of marketing launches, including coordinating briefing sessions, managing team workloads, and ensuring all deadlines are met with precision.
- Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration across various departments, including Creative, Localization, Product Development, and eCommerce.
- Serve as the primary lead for our project management tool, Asana, where you will optimize workflows, create templates, and drive process improvements to increase overall team efficiency.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a Project Management role, with additional experience in both in-house and agency environments being a significant advantage.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a digital marketing capacity.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational skills, including a high level of proficiency in Google Sheets and a meticulous approach to task management.
- A proven track record of executing multi-departmental projects within complex and fast-moving settings.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
Location
This position is based in Lithuania and follows a hybrid work model.
