We are currently seeking a Marketing Project Executive to join our team in an on-site capacity to help us continue delivering exceptional experiences as we strive to be the top customer-centric company in our industry.
Key outcomes
- Take charge of the end-to-end planning and execution for both physical and virtual events, including booth management and post-event performance analysis.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns and ensure operational efficiency across our CRM and CMS platforms.
- Support paid media initiatives by tracking performance metrics and optimizing campaign results.
- Improve operational workflows by identifying inefficiencies and establishing standard operating procedures for marketing and performance tasks.
- Develop and maintain internal knowledge banks and content repositories to provide our sales and marketing teams with the resources they need to succeed.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related discipline.
- Approximately 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in project management, marketing operations, or event planning.
- Strong proficiency in marketing technology, specifically with CRM, CMS, email automation, and analytics platforms.
- Exceptional project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple stakeholders and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in English.
