As we continue to evolve, we are looking for a Marketing Project Coordinator to join our team in Australia. You will act as the bridge between our creative, tech, and data departments, ensuring that our marketing initiatives are executed with precision and flair. What you'll be doing
- You will coordinate the end-to-end delivery of product launches and promotional campaigns across our key sales channels.
- You will facilitate team meetings, including daily stand-ups, project kickoffs, and UX sprints, to keep our workflows moving and resolve any blockers.
- You will document and refine our internal processes to ensure our marketing operations remain efficient, scalable, and aligned with our broader business goals.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should possess a blend of organizational expertise and interpersonal skills. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Three to five years of experience in project management, with a proven ability to unite teams toward common objectives.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities, allowing you to guide both technical and creative teams effectively.
- A solid understanding of agile methodologies, though you are comfortable adapting your approach to suit the needs of the project.
- Excellent communication skills in English, enabling you to provide clear updates and adapt your style to different audiences.
- Technical familiarity with CMS platforms and process mapping tools.
