What is this role?

We are seeking a Marketing Programs Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position designed for someone who thrives in a hybrid work environment. In this role, you will report to our Senior Manager of Global Campaigns and play a vital part in our demand generation efforts, helping us execute high-impact campaigns that drive real pipeline growth.

What will you do?

  • Develop and run end-to-end marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, webinars, and digital advertising.
  • Take full ownership of the webinar lifecycle, from creating compelling themes and securing speakers to managing live events and coordinating follow-up strategies with our sales team.
  • Manage our paid advertising strategy, which includes overseeing monthly budgets, optimizing ad performance across platforms, and providing data-driven recommendations to improve our results.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should have 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the tech or SaaS sector. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in English and possesses the following qualities:

  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce and Pardot, as well as experience with tools like Looker, GA4, and Zoom Webinars.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance, interpret trends, and use those insights to optimize future strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating across different teams.
  • A solid understanding of account-based marketing and experience managing paid media programs.
