What you bring

We are looking for a Mid-Level Marketing Programs and Events Specialist to join our team on a Full Time basis. This is a Remote role open to candidates located anywhere. You will play a vital role in our North American marketing efforts by managing a diverse range of B2B initiatives and ensuring our event strategy drives meaningful engagement. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Leading the end-to-end coordination of 30 to 40 events annually, including webinars, executive roundtables, and trade show sponsorships.
• Executing integrated marketing campaigns by managing email segmentation, landing page creation, and lead tracking within Microsoft Dynamics.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure all event logistics, budgets, and promotional content are delivered with excellence.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess two to five years of experience in B2B marketing or event coordination. We value candidates who hold a bachelor’s degree or have equivalent professional experience. You must be a confident communicator with strong presentation skills and the ability to manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment. Technical proficiency in CRM systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics, is highly preferred. We are looking for an organized problem solver who is comfortable working independently while maintaining a strong commitment to teamwork and professional quality. Fluency in English is required, and you should be prepared for minimal travel as needed.
