What you bring

We are looking for a Junior Marketing Product Manager to join our Online Marketing and Offer team on a full-time, hybrid basis. In this role, you will help strengthen our strategic positioning by developing and optimizing our betting products and promotional campaigns. You will work closely with our product and communication departments to ensure our offerings remain competitive and engaging. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Defining clear marketing messages and gamification strategies to attract new users and retain our existing community.
• Collaborating with UI/UX and development teams to manage product delivery and ensure new features align with our overall goals.
• Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to inform our product roadmap and optimize campaign performance.

This position is based in our offices in Paris.

Requirements

The ideal candidate holds a degree from a business or marketing school and possesses a strong interest in digital product design. You should have a background in mass-market marketing and a natural curiosity that drives you to understand complex environments. We value candidates who are proactive, creative, and capable of structuring ideas effectively for both written and oral communication. You must be fluent in French, as this is essential for our daily operations. Strong analytical skills are a must, as you will be expected to use data to prioritize initiatives and track key performance indicators like user retention and satisfaction.
