What you'll be doing

• You will collaborate on strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation across the entire Despegar group.
• You will identify and implement the most efficient methods to attract new users to our platform.
• You will propose improvements, conduct A/B testing, and run experiments to ensure the continuous optimization of our marketing efforts.

What you'll bring

We are looking for a mid-level professional who is eager to grow within a competitive, tech-driven environment. You should have a strong background in quantitative analysis and a passion for data-driven decision-making. Specifically, we value the following:

• A degree or advanced standing in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Approximately two years of experience in digital marketing and working within digital companies.
• Proficiency in SQL and other data analysis tools.
• A proactive mindset with excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to work within a team.
• Fluency in Spanish to communicate effectively within our regional team.
• A sharp focus on tracking business KPIs and turning those insights into actionable results.
