What you'll be doing

You will contribute to the strategy for acquiring, retaining, and reactivating customers across our group.
You will identify and implement the most efficient methods to attract new users to our platform.
You will propose improvements, conduct A/B testing, and run experiments to ensure the continuous optimization of our marketing performance.

What you'll bring

We are looking for someone with a strong background in data analysis and a passion for digital marketing. To succeed in this role, you should have:

A degree or advanced studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Approximately 2 years of experience in digital marketing or within digital companies.
A strong aptitude for both quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
Proficiency in SQL and other data analysis tools.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to thrive in a teamwork environment.
Fluency in Spanish.
