What is this role?

We are currently looking for a Marketing Performance professional to join our team in Argentina. This is a full-time, mid-level position that operates under a hybrid work model. This role is part of our Digital Acceleration Program, which is designed to fast-track your career growth through specialized training in technical, business, and soft skills.

What will you do?

• Collaborate on the development and execution of strategies focused on customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation across the Despegar group.
• Identify and implement the most efficient methods to attract new users to our platform.
• Propose improvements, conduct A/B testing, and run experiments to ensure the continuous optimization of our marketing efforts.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) closely to generate actionable insights that drive business results.

• A degree or advanced progress in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Approximately 2 years of experience in Marketing, ideally within a digital company.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret both quantitative and qualitative data.
• Proficiency in SQL and other data analysis tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to work effectively within a team.
• Fluency in Spanish.
