What you bring

We are looking for a Mid-Level professional to join our Marketing Performance team on a Full Time basis. This role is part of our Digital Acceleration Program, which is designed to boost your career through specialized training in technical, business, and soft skills. You will be based in Argentina and will operate in a Hybrid work environment. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation across the Despegar group.
• Identifying and implementing the most efficient methods to attract new users to our platform.
• Driving continuous improvement through A/B testing, experimentation, and the analysis of key performance indicators to generate actionable insights.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong analytical mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving. We value candidates who are either advanced students or graduates in fields such as Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines. While not strictly mandatory, having approximately two years of experience in digital marketing or within digital-native companies is highly desirable. You should be comfortable working with SQL or other data analysis tools to interpret business metrics. We are looking for a team player with excellent interpersonal skills who is comfortable taking initiative and working with a high degree of autonomy. Proficiency in Spanish is required.
