Marketing Performance at Despegar

We are currently looking for talented individuals to join our Commercial Marketing Performance team at Despegar. As a leader in the travel industry, we focus on creating seamless experiences for our customers, and this role is part of our Digital Acceleration Program. This initiative is designed to fast track your professional growth through specialized training modules covering technical skills, business strategy, and soft skills.

What is this role?

This is a full-time, mid-level position based in Argentina. We operate under a hybrid model, offering you the flexibility to balance your time between home and the office. You will be a key player in our efforts to optimize our digital presence and drive business results.

What will you do?

• Develop and execute strategies for acquiring, retaining, and reactivating customers across the Despegar group.
• Identify and implement the most efficient methods to attract new users to our platform.
• Drive continuous improvement by designing A/B tests and experiments, while monitoring key performance indicators to generate actionable insights.

What makes you a great fit?

We are looking for someone who is either a student nearing graduation or a professional with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. You should have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for data. Key requirements include:

• Around two years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within a digital-first company.
• Proficiency in SQL and other data analysis tools.
• A proactive and autonomous approach to problem solving.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Fluency in Spanish.
