What you'll be doing

You will define and consolidate the Paid Media Marketing Performance strategy across all brands within the Despegar group.
You will lead and motivate your team while managing multiple interdisciplinary projects and collaborating with the IT department to automate and improve key processes.
You will monitor the overall health of the business by tracking P&L statements and key performance indicators, while constantly proposing improvements through A/B testing and experimentation.

What you'll bring

A degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in Marketing Performance, with a specific focus on developing SEM strategies.
Strong technical knowledge of cross-media measurement tools, specifically Google Analytics 4.
An intermediate level of English, alongside your native or fluent Spanish.
A proactive, competitive mindset and a natural ability to get things done.
